Why The Wuji Space?
Whether you're coming in for relaxation or because something has been bothering you for months and nothing has touched it — you're in the right place. Anthony draws from a wide range of approaches and blends them to fit each session. When you book, you book time; not modality. Deciding what the body needs and how to address it is Anthony's job, not yours.
Modalities
Anthony draws from a wide range of approaches and blends them to fit each session. He doesn't lead with a technique — he leads with what the body needs.
Fascial Distortion Model — identifies and corrects specific distortions in the body's connective tissue based on how you describe and gesture toward your pain
Myofascial Release — sustained pressure into the fascial system to release deep-held tension and restore movement
Trigger Point Therapy — targeted work on hyperirritable muscle tissue that refers pain to other areas of the body
Counterstrain — a gentle positional technique that quiets muscle spasm by removing the strain causing it
Craniosacral Therapy — light-touch work that supports regulation of the autonomic nervous system and reduces whole-body tension
Muscle Energy — uses your own gentle resistance against a controlled force to reposition joints and lengthen restricted muscles, similar to proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching
Balanced Ligamentous Tension — works with the ligamentous system to restore natural balance around joints
Shiatsu — finger pressure along acupuncture meridian pathways rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine
Energy Work — hands-on practice supporting nervous system regulation and overall well-being
Anthony blends modalities together to provide a unique tailored experience every time you come in

Create change that lasts
Most care in the West focuses on the physical body and, to some extent, the mind. That works well in many cases.
But sometimes the issue isn’t fully explained by either. The body holds something, but not in a way that responds to direct structural work.
When that happens, a different approach can be useful.
Energy Work
This is the part of the practice that is hardest to explain, and Anthony won’t pretend otherwise. He has offered this kind of work since 2013 and has seen it help people navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and forms of fatigue that don’t have a clear clinical explanation. It draws from years of training in Qigong and internal practices, where attention, breath, and perception are developed alongside physical skill. He knows something real is happening. He cannot fully explain what. What he can tell you is how he approaches it: with attention, without agenda, and with genuine care for the person in front of him.
